I’m Bethany—wife, mom, athlete, and passionate advocate for human and animal rights. I’m here to help you build habits, set goals, and create a life that feels good in your body and mind, so you can become the person you want to be—on your terms, without judgment or comparison.

What I Do

I guide people through real-life wellness—movement, meal planning, mindset, and goal-setting—without judgment or unrealistic rules. I’m not your average health coach.

I’m a certified Health & Wellness Coach who believes in weight-inclusive, judgment-free care. My coaching is rooted in Health at Every Size, compassion, and the understanding that wellness is not one-size-fits-all. I’ve walked through many stages of my own journey—VSG, medication-supported weight loss, running, restarting, rebuilding—and I know how overwhelming it can feel when you’re trying to make lasting change on your own.

That’s why I offer weekly one-on-one calls focused on motivation, accountability, and realistic action steps. Together, we work on building sustainable habits, setting meaningful goals, and creating meal plans that actually fit your lifestyle—not someone else’s rules.

My mission is simple: to help you feel supported, empowered, and proud of your progress, no matter what the scale or the mirror say. You deserve a wellness journey that feels human, approachable, and rooted in kindness.

About Me

I was one of those kids who dreaded the presidential fitness exam—you know, the mile run where you’re praying for the earth to just open up and take you out? Fitness was not my thing. I grew up in the “clean your plate or else” generation, and spoiler: the “or else” turned into a pretty hefty therapy bill and a long, complicated relationship with food.

Growing up in the 90s, no one talked about weight-inclusive care. No one said health could look different on different bodies. So I spent years trying to shrink myself—yo-yo diets, medical weight bias, disordered eating…the whole exhausting cycle. One day I realized: this cannot be my whole life.

So I went back to school and graduated with a degree in Humanities & Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis in Science, Technology, Health, and Society. I earned my Health & Wellness Coaching certification through ACE. I learned, unlearned, and rebuilt my relationship with movement. I became a runner. I did half marathons. I fell in love with spandex, hats, and biking everywhere like I was training for the Tour de France.

I’ve been through many chapters—VSG, weight changes, and Tirzepatide included—and every chapter is valid. My wellness journey has never been linear, but it’s always been mine.

So here I am: a coach, a wife, a stepmom, a human and animal rights activist, and your future Hype Human. I want you to know that your body is amazing, your story matters, and you deserve a wellness journey that actually feels like your life—not someone else’s rulebook.
